Very very disappointed with my most recent experience here. Went in to purchase a vehicle and we told the salesperson our budget was $350. Was shown payments at $450, but was able to adjust down to $400. However the vehicle we tried to make a deal over was at another dealership so we would have to wait to sign final paperwork. We paid $1000 for a downpayment and left with an appointment for a couple days later when the car would arrive. A couple days later salesperson calls me and states the vehicle has a lot of repairs needed and canāt be sold at the agreed upon price, but he assured me he could get me into a vehicle for the same price. However when we returned our budget was ignored. Instead of $400 we were told $412 or $430 and they had nothing in our budget anymore. Disappointing and felt like we werent listened to. Now the only reason weāll be returning is to get our downpayment back since we signed nothing but a credit check. Edit: good conversation with sales team explaining situation. Felt listened to and heard.

Rodney Cole really took care of me. My truck broke down and I needed a new one right away. Rodney showed me a few trucks and didnāt pressure me in any way. I found one that fit my needs and wants and he helped me get it done fast and easy. It was late in the day and they got it to where I could take the new truck home and come back the next day to finish the paperwork, which was great because I had no way home because mine wasnāt going to make it.
