Purchased a 2026 Jeep Rubicon from Kyle Woodard. The entire transaction was completely seamless. Kyle was a pleasure to deal with. This is my 3rd vehicle from Friendly DCJR in Penn Yan, NY and the experience is the same as it was 5 years ago! Kyle Woodard is nothing but class, professionalism and a just great guy. This is the 2nd Ram I’ve have gotten from Kyle. I wish all business transactions happened as smooth and seamless, with great people, at every corner in life. My son , who purchased his truck here, put us in touch with Rodney Cole at Friendlys in order to find a red Dodge Durango. We wanted and needed specific things in order to tow our camper. Very very disappointed with my most recent experience here. Went in to purchase a vehicle and we told the salesperson our budget was $350. Was shown payments at $450, but was able to adjust down to $400. However the vehicle we tried to make a deal over was at another dealership so we would have to wait to sign final paperwork. We paid $1000 for a downpayment and left with an appointment for a couple days later when the car would arrive. A couple days later salesperson calls me and states the vehicle has a lot of repairs needed and can’t be sold at the agreed upon price, but he assured me he could get me into a vehicle for the same price. However when we returned our budget was ignored. Instead of $400 we were told $412 or $430 and they had nothing in our budget anymore. Disappointing and felt like we werent listened to. Now the only reason we’ll be returning is to get our downpayment back since we signed nothing but a credit check. Edit: good conversation with sales team explaining situation. Felt listened to and heard.

By chance I was speaking to a co-worker and he recommended checking out the Friendly website and seeing if there might be something useful for me there. I was in the market for used pickup, either a Colorado or Canyon, and Friendly had one that almost exactly fit my needs. I went through the process online of checking my finance possibilities, and was contacted soon after by Sandy at the dealership. She was very personable, and ran my numbers at which point invited me to the dealership when it was convenient for me. A couple of days later I went with a friend, Sandy was there and she introduced me to Jason, who took fantastic care of me every step of the way. It's no joke that it's been nearly 35 years since the last time I purchased a vehicle. The test drive went well, and then we talked numbers. The finance department went over and above and I was able to hammer out a decent payment plan that fit my needs. I was very impressed by the whole process, and by the end of the day I was driving my new (to me) 2022 Colorado off the lot. Jason was even able to get me the extra fob and key a couple of days later, so I didn't have to make an extra trip to get them. Very pleased with my experience, and I would definitely do business with them again.

My husband and I had the best experience with Kyle @ Friendly Dodge in Penn Yan. We randomly found a beautiful dodge 2500 and said “let’s go tonight and test it”. Definitely Worth the Drive! When my husband decided it was time to upgrade his truck he insisted we go talk to Rodney Cole in Penn Yan. This is a 1.75 hour drive for us, but we happily took the drive so we could work with Rodney again. We were very pleased we did. He got us into a 2025 Ram Big Horn 2500 within our budget! If we ever need another truck, we’ll make that drive again so we can work with Rodney.

Rodney was good to work with. Made choosing and buying my Jeep easy and painless.

Dave Dunn was an excellent salesman. He made the whole process smooth and easy. He took the time to listen and made sure any issues with the truck that needed attention were taken care of right away. (didn’t have time to stop) two days later. Dave sent me a text asking if I was interested.ran my information 2 1/2 hours later that beautiful black Dodge ram 3500 was mine. very quick to respond to messages and got me setup and rolling down the road in no time! Had great customer service in the service department- last week when I randomly stopped in with a slightly emergent situation, and again today when they fixed 2 issues on my Jeep. Both transactions were easy and seamless and very appreciated!
